Our Santa Rosa Support Group meeting is held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at the Hope Chapel, 5680 Sonoma Highway in Santa Rosa. The support group meeting is held from 6:30-8:30PM and the entire family is welcome at all of our support group meeting. Dinner is provided free of charge and the meetings are facilitated by a licensed counselor.
