Villa Finale was the home of Walter Mathis, a leading preservationist in San Antonio, Texas. Walter Mathis is widely recognized as the catalyst for the revitalization of the King William neighborhood, now a National Register Historic District. The house is expected to open in fall of 2010.
The Villa Finale Visitor Center, located at the intersection of Turner and Madison, is currently open. Come explore our exhibits, museum shop and bookstore! Our Visitor Center is free and open to the public.
