about
Bruce Carlisle's twenty-six year career spans a broad spectrum of communications disciplines including advertising, PR, promotions, broadcast news and sports production, direct response and interactive marketing.
In 1996, Bruce co-founded and served as President, CEO, and Chairman of the Board of SF Interactive Opens In New Window, one of the nation's first full-service interactive marketing agencies. As the fastest growing privately-held company in the San Francisco Bay Area, SFI serviced a wide variety of national clients including major technology players such as Cisco, VeriSign, HP, Netscape and Microsoft, as well as consumer focused companies including Snapple and Morgan Stanley Online. The company grew from zero to $12 million in annual revenue in four years, prior to taking outside investment. In March 2003, his agency was purchased by Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners, a Sausalito based marketing communications agency, where Bruce served as President until March of 2004.
