Back in the Day Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and is serving up a wide variety of specialty dishes that can only be found here. Start your day off with breakfast (served until 3 PM.) The portions are large and the prices are fair. Favorites of the house include breakfast scrambles, omelets and specialty pancakes and waffles (try the Chunky Monkey Pancakes topped with sliced bananas, brown sugar and walnuts topped with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.) Homemade dishes are Back in the Day Cafe's specialty and their number one priority is to provide the best food and service in town. Their lunch menu showcases homemade soups, crisp salads, over ten specialty burgers and stacked high sandwiches (try them with their famous onion rings.) Dinner is also a big event at Back in the Day; they are serving up a selection of all your homemade favorites from Meatloaf and Pot Roast to Chicken Pot Pie and Open Face Turkey and Roast Beef Sandwiches. Other favorites include chicken, ribs, pasta, steaks and seafood. Back in the Day Cafe is open seven days a week and also offers carry-out.
