The combined 2010 Charlotte Literary Festival  & Queen City Neo Soul Festival will be held on September 10th &11th.  To celebrate CLF's 5th Anniversary, they  have partnered with the Neo Soul Music Festival in an effort to empower and entertain.  This partnership sets a new precedent for Charlotte, showing that grass-root organizations can work together effectively toward a common goal!
