$23; $15 with City resident credit This high energy fitness class encourages healthy habits while ?working out? with a real firefighter. Your child will learn a simple fitness routine as we stretch, jog, learn push-ups, sit-ups and jumping jacks. Kick the cardio up a notch with obstacle courses as we learn about healthy hearts and muscles.
