Year End Fitness Challenge
3 months of crazy good fitness, Oct 1-Dec 19! Month one: Cardio blast- get our cardiovascular system super fit & burn LOTS of calories! Month two: Core conditioning-going to really get our mid section strong, healthy & sexy! Month three: Strength & endurance-going to bring it all together & get our entire body strong! 2-3 times per week on M,W or M,W,Th (see link for schedule) All fitness levels welcome.
