Head, Shoulders, Knees & Toes Gentle Exercise
This class is aimed at fall- prevention, flexibility, posture & improved confidence. We draw elements from traditional stretch & strengthen, T'ai chi, Yoga, and SAIL ( Seniors Active in Life.) Everything needed for class is provided. Due to the nature of the class, all participants must be able to get up from the floor unassisted ( may use a chair for leverage) or with the assistance of their personal caregiver. The class is appropriate for some people with early stages of Parkinson's & MS.
