How do I contact the Blueweb main offices?

How can I purchase tickets to a Bluwebb event? Bluwebb is a online box office ticket outlet so all tickets to all events can be purchased either through the Bluwebb online box office at www.Bluwebb.com or via Phone at (844)- BLUEWEB.
What does it mean when I purchase a ticket online or via Phone charge and it says “Credit Card Entry”?… Show more When tickets are purchased either online or via phone, and Bluwebb describes the tickets as “Credit Card Entry,” it means the tickets purchased are paperless tickets. The credit card used to purchase the tickets will be needed to enter the building. A seat locator slip will be printed after the credit card is scanned and will serve as a ticket stub. A photo Id will also need to be presented along with the credit card on the day of the show.
What does it mean when I purchase a ticket online and it says “Print at Home”? When tickets are purchased online, the customer is offered the option to “Print at Home”. This option allows the customer to print out tickets at the time of purchase on a printer connected to the computer used for purchase.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

You can update your registration information by calling (844)-BLUEWEB.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. Printed ticket and verification number are required to enter Bluwebb events.
What is the refund policy?
To receive a full refund for tickets purchased to a Bluwebb event you must call (888)-503-2036 and request a refund 48 hours before an event. For any event that was canceled due to unforeseen events all ticket holder will be issued a full refund within 14 days after the schedule event.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
All tickets are sold one to one basis meaning each ticket is sold to the registered name of the person who purchase the tickets. A photo Id must be presented for all will call ticket purchases.

Are there Id requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
ID is a must for all Bluwebb events
Fans are encouraged to arrive early as Blueweb has instituted a standard security policy for all events held at the arena. The doors will open one hour prior to all Events. Patrons will be subject to search and possible hand held metal detectors.
All bags, briefcases, book bags or items similar in nature will be searched as patrons enter the arena. Each patron attending events will be allowed one personal item that falls within the following size constraints: no longer than 13 inches, taller than nine and a half inches and wider than six inches. Items that do not fit within these size limitations may not be allowed in the venue at the discretion of security personnel.
Bluwebb consults with local law enforcement agencies on a continual basis. Some of the security measures in place will be apparent to patrons and some will remain unseen and undisclosed.
Food & Beverage Policy
Fans and patrons are not allowed to bring in outside food and beverages for any concerts or events.
Handheld cameras are allowed for all events. Special events, concerts, and family shows each have their own camera policy that is decided prior to the event. Video cameras and camcorders are not allowed for any concerts or special events.
All media and others with access to restricted areas will be required to produce a photo Id and all bags and equipment will be subjected to inspection. All media must enter through the Press Gate.
How do I know if an artist will be performing at a Bluwebb event and when tickets are going to go on sale? Shows are posted on the website as soon as all of the information is confirmed for a show including ticket prices and when tickets are going on sale. Another way to see where an artist will be performing on their tour is by visiting www.Bluwebb.com .
At what age are you required to have a ticket to a Bluwebb event? Children 3 years and older require tickets to all concerts and events. For all events labeled Family the age requirement to have a thicket is 1 year and older.
How long do concerts normally last? Most concerts last about 2 ½-3 hours in length, not including any intermissions or set changes, and usually let out by 11 p.m. at the latest.
How long does family shows last? Most family shows last about 1 ½-2 hours and normally have an intermission.
When do doors open for a Blueweb event? Doors open an hour before show time, unless indicated otherwise.
Are cameras allowed into the building? Still cameras are allowed for all events. For concerts, the camera policy varies from show to show, however, video cameras and recorders are not allowed for any concerts, or events.
Can I bring in my own food and beverages? Outside food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the venue for any event. We encourage patrons to visit one of the many restaurant options available in the surrounding area prior to attending an event or visit one of our concession stands offering a variety of food and drink options during an event.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes you can bring a stroller with you to family events, however for seated events it will need to be checked in with our Guest Services staff prior to going to your seat. Please go to the Guest Services area and our staff will direct you to the area where strollers can be checked in. Upon completion of the event, you can then pick up your stroller.
Is smoking allowed in the building? Smoking is not allowed inside venues. If you would like to smoke while attending an event at the arena, you can exit after the event starts from almost any exit. Upon exiting you must get your hand stamped and then re-enter the venue through the main entrance.
Where can you park if driving to an event? Most venues provide their own parking garage or lot in the general fascinate of the building. In instances where the garage is closed to the general public for events, there are several public parking garages near the building that would be viable options.

Where is the box office/will call located? What are the hours of operation?
The main box office and will call windows are located at guest services desk. On the day of an event, the box office will stay open until about 1 1/2 hours after the show starts. Will Call open 1 1/2 hours before the show starts?
Where do they set up the stage for concerts?
Most concerts are set up in an end stage format in which case the stage is located on the West end of the building. If the concert is in the round or center stage, then the stage will be in the middle of the floor.
Where is seat No. 1 located in each row/section of the arena? How many seats are in a row and how many rows are in each section?
If you are seated in the section and looking at the floor, seat No. 1 will be to the left hand side of that row. The same is true of sections on the floor – if you are seated in the section and facing the stage, seat No. 1 is to the left hand side. (i.e. Seat No. 1 in section 200 is closest to section 229, and seat No. 1 in section 110 is closest to section 109.) The number of seats in each row and the number of rows in each section varies according to the capacity of the event. Most sections have rows of 20-24 seats.
How can I get a backstage pass for a concert?
Unfortunately, backstage passes are not something for which you can make a request. Backstage passes are issued by the representatives of the performers just like any invitations to any private function, and are not available to the general public.
It’s my anniversary and/or my birthday and I’d like to have an announcement made at a concert. For concerts, special announcements are not possible as the Pa system is used strictly for announ cements pertaining to the show. Any video screens that are used during a show are also brought in by the individual tours and are pre-programmed for content pertaining to the show.
For event, a minimum of a $25 donation to the Bluwebb Foundation is required and at least 48 hours advanced notice must be given. Contact Guest Services at (888)-503-2306.
Do you have accessible seating in all levels of the arena? What do I do if I need a sign language interpreter or have already purchased tickets to an event and now need special assistance in getting to my seats?
Yes, we do have accessible seating available in all levels of the arena. Please contact our Accessible Seating department for assistance in requesting an interpreter as soon as an event goes on sale. Our Accessible Seating department can also assist you in getting you to your seats by calling them at (888)-503-2306. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for them to return your call.
Is there a Designated Driver program at Blueweb?
Yes, main concession provides free soda to those who sign up as a Designated Driver by guest services. A cup is provided whereby the Designated Driver can then go to a concession stand to get free soda.
