NAMI Family-to-Family Course

A NAMI in depth, 12-week, Family-to-Family course for relatives of those with Serious Mental Illness. Trained National Alliance on Mental Illness family members teach about the illnesses, causes, diagnosis, medications, treatments, empathy, communication skills, coping, self-care, etc. Mondays 7:00–9:30 PM from September 24 – December 10 at Potomac Crest Baptist Church, 15418 Cardinal Drive, Woodbridge, Va.
