Geri-Fit strength training exercise classes for ages 65 and over. Builds strength, helps prevent osteoporosis, and improves arthritis. Requires just a set of 2-pound (each) dumbbells, a stretch band, an exercise mat, and water to drink during the workout. Chairs are provided. Optional floorwork exercises (if you can get up and down from the floor), or you can do alternate seated and standing exercises instead.
