Club meets at 6 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday beginning Sept. 8. Run the N.C. Holiday Flotilla 5k on Nov. 14! Registration fee is $140 and includes 20 training sessions AND race entry. This course is designed for brand new and returning runners interested in starting a new fitness program. All ages and abilities are welcome.
