Final Friday at Exploration Place
Featuring Persistence of Vision, by Richard Crowson & Skyler Lovelace. Our Final Fridays are family-centered & focus on how art & science mix. We have collaborated with Arts Partners, a local organization that strives to integrate arts into PreK-12 curriculum.
Exploration Place educators will help families to create their own “works of art” based on similar techniques of two artists. Children will learn to make a flip book & a thaumatrope (an optical device that creates persistence of vision).
