Edmund L. Davison was a Wichita artist of the 1920s through the 1940s whose paintings achieved awards and acclaim across the country. Though largely self-taught, his post-impressionist style was partially inspired by his friends B. J. O. Nordfeldt and Birger Sandzén. This exhibition focuses on the significant artist compatriots with whom he exchanged paintings and supported by purchasing their work.
