Meditation 101: Introduction to Meditation
The purpose of meditation is to bring attention to the present moment. Meditation can decrease stress and anxiety, bring clarity and mindfulness, and increase physical well-being.
In this class we will try several different kinds of meditation, so you can find the one(s) that best fits your needs.
Each week we will have a short discussion followed by two or more meditation periods.
