As part of the Dramaworks' educational initiative, the Master Playwright Series examines three playwrights, with two segments devoted to each author. The first segment is an overview of that playwright's life and work, with scene readings by professional actors. The second segment is a staged reading of one of the playwright's important plays. In addition, the audience is invited to discuss the work and themes.
