Learning to prepare perfect sticky rice and create artful sushi rolls can be a fun dinner party with friends or a romantic date night in. This class will teach you the fundamentals of creating California Rolls (Cooked), Spicy Tuna Rolls (Raw), Crunchy Shrimp Rolls (Tempura Fried) and Philly Rolls (Smoked Salmon).
