In our grilling technique classes, we teach while you are working with a Lodge Cast Iron Grill Pan, which uses the same techniques as a gas or charcoal grill. You will work at your own station, next to your date, to prepare a Grilled Romaine Salad with Bacon and Caesar Dressing, a Jerk-Rubbed Strip Steak with Tropical Salsa and Grilled Zucchini & Fingerling Potatoes with Lemon Vinaigrette.
