Two fun skills are covered in this class - making fresh pasta and making a yolk-based, rich and creamy sauce. You will work together with your date to first make fresh pasta, kneading and rolling out your dough into noodles, then creating the classic Pasta Carbonara. You will also prepare a Caesar Salad to accompany your dinner. This class is priced per couple (1 seat = two people) and is for adult pairs only, please.
