Description Need a mid-morning boost? Strength Training, low-impact aerobics and FUN are offered here! In this class, we will do a warm up, followed by exercises that will increase the "heat beat", ending with a cool down. Exercises incorporating hand held weights, elastic tubing and exercise balls will be done using a chair for standing support.
