Yoga Session II
Celia Brooks, Certified Yoga Teacher Participants should provide their own yoga mat and 1 - 2 firm blankets. Two Sessions conducted at Oconee Veterans Park Community Center. Hatha Yoga - A mind/body practice of relaxation and rejuvenation using awareness, breath and movement to bring balance to the systems of the body. Yoga helps to increase flexibility and tone muscles while decreasing tension and relieving stress. This is a perfect class for beginners as well as those with some experience in yoga.
