Why Torture is Wrong and the People Who Love Them

Saturday, Aug 10, 2013 8:00p

Titanic Theatre Company presents Christopher Durang’s provocative and witty satire Why Torture is Wrong and the People Who Love Them. The play tells the story of a young woman who wonders if her new husband is a terrorist and if her father’s butterfly collecting is really a cover for his involvement in a shadow government. Mr. Durang combines a look at our political struggles in a play the Associated Press called “a hilarious topsy-turvy look at a world that is definitely off-kilter.”
