Morrison-Talbott Library believes history can be chilling!

Historian, Andrew Cooperman, will present “ Elizabeth Bathory the Blood Countess of Hungry,” October 31, 2013 at 7 p.m. This program is geared for teens and adults.

Cooperman has a Master of Arts in History and gives presentations on numerous subjects including; Colonial St. Louis and the Medieval Byzantine Empire.

Countess Elizabeth Bathory is a gruesome killer; a woman who was an inspiration for Bram Stoker’s Count Dracula.
