Maggie Koerth-Baker, science editor of Boingboing.net, will lecture on “The Past, Present and Future of America’s Electric Infrastructure” Tuesday, March 5, 2013, in Yost Auditorium in the Howard J. Burnett Center at 6:30 PM. Koerth-Baker also writes a monthly column, “Eureka” for The New York Times Magazine that examines the intersection of science and culture. She is the author of the best-selling book, Before the Lights Go Out.
