Experience a wonderful display of spirit and fun during the Holiday Parade of Lights to begin at 6:00 p.m., Friday, November 23, in downtown Washington. Over 50 floats, walking groups, and animals will be participating in the event, all of which will be decorated to fit the chosen Holiday theme.. This holiday parade will include appearances from several characters including Louie the Lightening Bug, the Grinch, and Mr. and Mrs. Claus.
