America's Early Baristas: Coffee and Custom in the Service Wing

Thursday, Sep 26, 2013 6:00p to 8:00p
Tudor Place Washington, DC

Few things satisfy more than home-brewed coffee, ground and prepared to your personal taste. Learn about early America's quest for the perfect cup and view the Peters's 1873 historic coffee mill in a special evening focused on the historic mansion’s service wing, including the Butler's Pantry, Servants' Sitting Room and Kitchen. Enjoy light refreshments with beverages including wine, beer, and a signature coffee cocktail in the historic garage housing the estate’s famous 1919 Pierce Arrow Roadster.
