Fresh Thoughts Dining Series (Freshwater Prawns, Free-range, all natural! )
The National Aquarium will continue their Fresh Thoughts sustainable seafood dining series in 2013. Enjoy a cocktail reception, three-course fine-dining experience, conversation with the experts on each topic along with a Q&A period with the audience and an after-hours stroll through the Aquarium.
Chef Xavier Deshayes, Executive Chef at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center will develop the menu for all three dinners and present along with his team from the Trade Center.
