ABOUT GLADE:
Formed in August 2009, Glade Dance Collective is a Washington, D.C.-based group of artists who come together through the shared idea that the creative voices of individuals guide our collective social, cultural, and political growth. Glade is a part of an emerging generation of dance artists living, working, and interacting with diverse communities.
Glade's dancers strive toward the common goal of creating socially relevant works of both personal and collective meaning. Glade Dance Collective seeks to inspire those from all walks of life to move, create, and engage.
Currently Glade is ramping up for Aug. 3 & 4 performances at Dance Place, the center for dance in D.C. Your support at this Gala invests directly in our performance at Dance Place.
