Spend Thanksgiving Day with Family and Friends
This Thanksgiving Day, Park Hyatt Washington and three-star Blue Duck Tavern will offer a three-course ‘lunch into dinner’ service from 1130 am to 9 pm. The experience begins with an array of starters set throughout the open kitchen, including salads, breads, artisan cheeses & meats, followed by a choice of entrées and side dishes showcasing produce from regional farms. Seasonal desserts, created by Pastry Chef Peter Brett and his team will be on display in the Pastry Pantry.
