LeapOut DC Fitness Event

LeapOut DC is an exciting aerobics event of the American Lung Association of DC to promote lung health and prevent lung disease in the DC Metro Area. Participants will enjoy a 2-hour workout experience, featuring yoga, kick-boxing/body sculpt, boot camp activities, and Zumba (Latin cardio)! Join Michael Walton, DC's hottest track and field star, as we raise money to support free asthma education programs in schools and tobacco cessation services.
