Gal Costa has been defining modern Brazilian music for over three decades. Her unassailable status as one of the country's most popular female singers began with her first groundbreaking recordings, which launched Brazil's heady Tropicalia movement in the late '60s.
In an intimate duet concert with acclaimed guitarist Oscar Castro-Neves she'll revisit early hits by composers such as Caetano Veloso and Antonio Carlos Jobim, as well as music from newer recordings Bossa Tropical and Hoje.
