One, speakers will provide tips and case studies about how to plan for
a satisfying mix of content, services, and user experience to better
serve policy audiences. Web content managers will talk about how they
conceive and deliver useful services. The session will include a
demonstration of simple and effective user testing techniques by user
experience experts and approaches for incorporating user experience
considerations into a sites strategic planning and design.
Forum One Communications is organizing this session. Multiple
organizations will be presenting. This event is the latest in a series
of web and communications events hosted by Forum One.

10:00-11:00: Second Panel: Additional case studies, discussion
11:00-12:30: Optional Networking/Socializing/Lunch with presenters (pay as you go)
