Let your child experience the benefits of yoga in a fun and non-competitive way through this 10 week session! In these classes we will explore yoga poses, breathing and cooperative games while we gain strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, body-awareness and self-confidence. Classes are geared toward kids between ages 4 and 9 years.
Class meets on the following Saturdays from 12:30-1:30pm
March 16, 23, 30, April 6, 20, 27th, May 11, 18, 25, June 8.
