Meditation Series with Bo Tep
Learn beginning meditation basics with Bo Tep, a Buddhist practitioner of mindfulness meditation techniques. Each session will help the meditator focus on: sitting still and quietly, paying attention to the breath, and paying attention to the present, moment-by-moment mental processes. These sessions will draw from many different religious and spiritual practices.
Bo Tep is retired and devotes his time to living a simple life and studying the wisdom teachings of the Buddha and other traditions.
