Cooking with Chef Penny – East Indian Curries & Chutneys
Take the food and wine experience to the next level by signing up for ourcooking classes with Chef Penny in our winery kitchen. During the classes you will participate in hands-on cooking, sample Three Rivers wines, enjoy what you helped prepare, and take home a copy of the featured recipes. Chef Penny will be teaching you how to make yellow, red and green curry sauces paired with chicken, seafood and vegetables. You will also learn to make an exotic chutney to complement those dishes.
