  In February 2012,… Show more The Whole Building Design Guide, a program of the National Institute of Building Sciences, revised Ufc 4-010-01 DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings. This presentation will go over the changes that have occurred and how they impact the design.   
Mr. John Lynch has over 28 years of experience as an engineer in the Department of Defense and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Pennsylvania.   He is a Villanova University graduate with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil engineering.   Mr. Lynch first worked for Naval Facilities Engineering Command – Atlantic and currently in their Northern Division.   He specializes in structural analysis and design of waterfront facilities.   Mr. Lynch is an expert in Atfp criteria, and has assisted in the development of numerous Unified Facilities Criteria and specifications.
