Three weekly sessions introduce this slow movement exercise
that can improve flexibility, balance, strength and benefits
arthritis, stress, fibromyalgia or any other joint pain disorder.
Attend all three classes for optimal benefit as you can’t repeat.
Requires ability to stand unassisted and have moderate balance.
Comfortable clothes and flexible shoes are a must. Join the fun!
