The Baton Rouge River Center Arena has provided thrilling entertainment to fans of all ages and tastes for almost 25 years and is one of the most recognizable buildings along the banks of the Mississippi. The River Center Arena is a 10,000-seat arena, with over 30,000 square feet of exhibition space and more than 7,000 square feet of meeting space.

From banquets to trade shows, The River Center's Grand Ballroom can adjust to fit your needs. The use of an air wall enables one to choose the right size room for their event. The Grand Ballroom provides an equally elegant lobby to host registration or ticket sales.

The Baton Rouge River Center is also home to the Theatre of Performing Arts. Host your next stage production in our 1,900-seat venue. With sophisticated sound and lighting your event is sure to receive the quality it deserves.

The new 70,000 square-foot Convention Center can be combined with the arena to create more than 100,000 square-feet of contiguous exhibit space. The design incorporates regional architectural elements as exterior shutters, deep sunlight filtering spaces and double height porticos. The main lobby as well as second floor veranda has spectacular views of the Mississippi River.
