For everyone with children. I took my 3 teenagers to see prom night at the parisian in paris tennessee yesterday afternoon. (5-3-2008) Alittle bit into the movie the manager/owner kept coming in and staring at us. We were the only ones watching this movie. As with all children--they never sit still. (talking to each other, going to the bathroom, etc.) After several times of the manger/owner staring at us, I finally ask him if there was a problem with us watching the movie. He said, he had gotten a phone call saying someone was recording the movie. Also told me my children were acting suspicious. I don't even own a camcorder. Instead of this manager just asking us about this or acting like a customer and coming in and sitting to see if we had one--he treated us very rudely. He scared me that's when I started looking for the manager and found out it was him. I did at this point get my money back and left with my children. As we were leaving I made the comment I would never be back and I will tell everyone I know how we were treated. The old lady giving out tickets--thought it was funny and said they didn't care who we told. You should take pride in your company and always care. I am a store manager----all customers are your main concern at all times. I would never treat one of my customers like that. My children will remember how they were treated yesterday and will tell all there friends. Our children are your future customers. Even children need to be treated with respect. I am the most upset due to the fact this owner/manager should of address me the parent---just ask. Like I said Parisian Theater in Paris has lost several customers due to this. I know I won't be back. I know my children won't take dates there, and some of there friends won't go back. For every person I tell about my day at the Parisian they will at least tell 5 people they know. The funny thing about all of it---is like I said I DON'T EVEN OWN A COMCORDER TO RECORD THE MOVIE. We were just out trying to have a good saturday afternoon and watch a movie. Just a mother trying to do something with her children.
