I especially love the Diego salad and the deep fried mushrooms as appetizers, and the steak is very good, too. I like to order it with steak fries so they soak up all the garlic sauce. Order it medium rare so it's just perfect. A feature in Lexington for some decades now, Columbias is a good choice for a nice dinner out.

Not for the faint of pocketbook, a dinner for two will cost US$60-$80 or more but is worth every penny. The cognac steak is the most fabulous thing you will ever have. We've been here twice and I loved both occasions - the food, the wine, the atmosphere and service were top notch. My first choice for very special occasions.

If you're going to blow your diet and have pizza and drinks, this is absolutely the place to do it. I especially love the white pizza. Don't wait too late, however. The closer you get to 10 or 11 pm the more likely they are to be out of some toppings or appetizers - their food isn't cheap frozen crud, it's all fresh and excellent quality. We have never had a bad evening here, and it's our favorite pizza hands down.
