This venue is nice, but it's not the best one in San Jose. But it is in a good location for staying near by or eating close by.
If you are looking to see quality theatre productions then go see CMTSJ Main-stage productions, they are better than the Rising Stars.

Oh, and they make the cookies smell amazing at intermission, but they are hard as rocks most nights.

Into the Woods at Presentation is an amazing play for a high school. The sets are well done, with the exception of a few stage-crew mess-ups. The young actors and actresses preformed quite well, and sang with lovely voices that wowed me. I enjoyed the young women who played The Baker's Wife, she sang well and acted even better. The young women who played Cinderella, was a nice singer, but she wasn't all that stellar, in fact, she was over shadowed by her step-mother and sisters. But all in all 'Into the Woods' is one high school musical you don't want to miss.
