All, I must admit. I was very excited about visiting the Weave Boutique. It was referred to me by someone who knows the owners. When I first got there, it seemed pretty nice and professional. It was a little irritating that the manager asked me about 15 times if I wanted a bottle of water, but I figured she was just trying to be nice. A stylist by the name of Krystal did my hair. I was there for 8 hours!!!! She sewed the hair in waaaay too tight -- I had a banging headache. When she was finally done, my hair looked a hot mess. The owner of the salon was there and told me that my hair looked cute -- but it was an obvious mess. I couldn't believe that I had wasted my entire day for some mess. It is obvious that this shop has no experience in hair or customer service. They see this business as a quick way to make money. When the owner found out that I did not like my hair and it was too tight, she did nothing to appease me. No discount, or nothing! I should have just walked out, but I did pay (Don't make the same mistake I did!). The stylists are not professional and really don't seem to know what they are doing.
Take my advice, do not waste your time or money going to this salon. As soon as I got home, I took that mess out of my head. From now on, I will stick with REAL salons that actually care if a client returns or not. If you are intereted, I can send you a picture of the mess that the Weave Boutique did : )
