Dance For a Cause

On Saturday, April 27 th Maryland Institute for Dance (MID) will dance for a cause. MID strives itself on addressing issues that are plaguing our community. This year we as a community will be “Dancing Out of Silence,” which is a community initiative designed to educate the public on how to prevent child sexual abuse. In addition to dancing for a cause, the benefit concert will kick-off our fundraising efforts for a local organization, Stop the Silence. The mission to Stop the Silence: Stop Child… Show more Sex Abuse, is to expose and stop child sex abuse and help survivors worldwide.
