Personal Group Fitness Training
Here’s your chance to work out with certified fitness trainers. Our Trainers will introduce, demonstrate, and lead various exercises with a variety of techniques. These fun invigorating activities are designed for all abilities to improve functional strength for life’s everyday challenges. Sessions include the use of medicine and exercise balls, resistance bands, and jump ropes.
