Geri-Fit® strength training exercise classes for older adults (65 and over) are held every Tuesday and Thursday at the Clifton C. Miller Community Center in Tustin. The Geri-Fit program is performed seated in chairs with a set of 2-pound dumbbell weights. The exercises are designed to build strength, improve balance, and arthritic conditions. There's no floorwork. Bring a set of 2-pound dumbbells, a stretch band and water to drink. Register through the City of Tustin by calling 714-573-3326.
