Bluewater Grill celebrates Mardi Gras and the arrival of spring with a March tasting event and month-long celebration pairing the restaurant’s famous sustainable seafood with savory flavors and hot spices from the Bayou.
The March 12 “Taste of Louisiana” boasts California-inspired versions of Crawfish, Gumbo and Crabcakes and specialized drinks designed to bring out the flavor and turn up the heat. Also available will be Bluewater favorites Oysters Rockefeller and Bananas Foster.
