Grilling over the open flame combined with bold sauces and spices creates a unique style of American cuisine originating from Aspen, Colorado. Specialties include hand-cut steaks grilled over the open flame, herb roasted prime rib, fresh seafood, rotisserie chicken, homemade pasta, wood-fired burgers and oversized salads.
