The Troy Nature Society will present its Maple Syrup event on Saturday, March 2nd, 9th and 16th. Public tours begin each half-hour between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. and run 1-1/2 hours. Ages 4-Adult.
Guests will venture into the woods on a guided tour and see for themselves how sap is harvested; visit an historic sugar camp; sample sap and see a wood-stoked sap evaporator in action. Everyone will enjoy mini-waffles topped with delicious maple syrup and our sugar on snow treat!
