In this class, you will do strength training and flexibility exercised to stay healthy and to maintain as much strength and functionality as possible. If you are interested in feeling stronger, healthier, and more vital, this program is for you. Bring 1lb ankle weights and 2 lb hand weights. Check with your doctor before you start this program.
