Basic Nutritional Foundations with Dessa Stone-Pividal
This class will discuss the basic nutrients we all should be getting in our healthy eating plan and how to get them from the foods we are eating. Numerous examples of foods we can incorporate into our health eating plans will be offered and explained. We will also discuss “Health Destroyers” which we will work on eliminating from our diets. We will discuss the current state of our food supply, exercise, and mental/ emotional effects on health and various health tips.
